Exchange Policy

At DineShop, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your item, you may request an exchange under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, accessories, etc.).

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).


Items Eligible for Exchange

You can exchange the following:

  • Wrong product sent (wrong model, size, or color)

  • Damaged or defective item received

  • Product is different from what was shown on the website


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance

  • Custom or special order items

  • Gift cards or vouchers


Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request:
    Email us at dineshop.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0342 2876106 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details:
    Include your order number, clear pictures of the item, and a short explanation of the issue.

  3. Approval & Instructions:
    Our team will verify and approve your request. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Return the Product:
    You will be required to ship the product back to us. Please ensure it is securely packed.

  5. Receive Your Exchange:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement within 3–5 working days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), DineShop will cover return shipping.

  • If the exchange is due to a customer’s change of mind or error, customer will bear return shipping charges.


Exchange Timeframe

After receiving and approving your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the exchange item to be processed and shipped.


Important Notes

  • Always keep your receipt or order confirmation safe.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet our return conditions.
