You can reach us through email, WhatsApp, or social media whatever is easiest for you. We aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday), because your satisfaction is our top priority.

Orders & Delivery

We usually deliver within 3–5 working days in most cities across Pakistan. Some remote areas may take a little longer.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp to get updates.

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived in the expected time, please contact us with your order number we’ll resolve it quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

We're really sorry if that happens. Just send us clear pictures on WhatsApp within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.

If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return cost. If it’s a change of mind, the return shipping will be your responsibility.
