xReturns & Exchange Policy
At DineShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support with your Order Number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will review your request and arrange an exchange if the claim is approved.
Please note that products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and invoices (if applicable) to qualify for an exchange.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are returned without their original packaging.
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), DineShop will bear the return shipping cost. In all other eligible cases, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 2–3 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or order values and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
